Let's start from the top

Leadr Home

Leadr Home was designed to give each user a place to clearly see what is expected of them within Leadr and provide actionable steps to achieving those expectations.

Leadr Home is completely customizable, so you can put the most useful categories to you, front and center. You can see birthdays and work anniversaries, upcoming meetings, what Action Items are due, as well as any Feedback that is coming up that is due!

Meetings

Meetings in Leadr were designed to house a place where managers and employees come together and contribute to conversations in order to help each other grow more effectively personally and professionally.

Search Meetings: Allows users to search for Meeting Titles, Agenda Topics, and Agenda Topic Comments

There are three different types of meetings: a One-time 1:1 meeting, a Regular Recurring 1:1, or a Team Meeting. All of these meetings can be pulled over from your connected calendar. If you do not have a connected calendar, you may create these in Leadr instead.

For steps to connect your calendar, see the article Connect Your Calendar to Leadr

Goals

Goals are a feature within Leadr designed to give users a place to track their progress for things they need to or would like to achieve, with visibility and collaboration with others.

Working on a project with your peers? Working on a personal achievement that you need to track? Goals is the perfect place to add both of these. At Leadr, we encourage each user to have a Personal, Professional, and Development Goal set up at all times! To learn more about Goals, see the article Create and Manage Goals in Leadr

Feedback

The Feedback section within Leadr exists for users to grow and develop with their team by being honest and open in sharing their blindspots. It could be hard or kind of scary to hear about the areas where you can improve, but with a healthy and supportive team, their feedback is only shared to help you become better at what you do!

You can request Feedback from your peers for something specific and others can request your Feedback as well! To learn more about Feedback, see the article Request and Receive Feedback

Surveys

If your Organization purchased Surveys, its function is to gain an overall understanding of what each person involved in the Survey is thinking about a particular topic. Surveys differ from Feedback because Surveys are meant to be proactive ways of gaining insight about a particular topic, whereas Feedback is meant for hearing about a topic after it has occurred.

To learn more about Surveys see the article, Create a Survey

Learnings

The Learnings feature in Leadr is designed to house helpful content and questions designed to grow and develop team members. Whether you are onboarding a team and need to send out training content or you need to send out a refresher to the team on how to perform a task, the Learning feature makes it easy to set up and send out content with context to your team!

To learn more about the Learning feature, see the article Create a Learning

Action Items

Action Items help provide the solution to issues discussed within a team, with Action Items you can provide the steps it takes to get these things accomplished. You can think of Action Items as a place to hold the Tasks you have to do, sort of like a To-do list! Whether you are in a Meeting and you need to make a quick Action Item to remind yourself of what needs to be done or you don't want to forget what the actionable steps were after a Review, you can use Action Items to keep track of these things!

To learn more about Action Items, see Create an Action Item

People

The purpose of the People tab is to learn more about the people you work with! Within the People page, you will be able to see who the People you work with are, what department they are in, what their personality type is, and so much more.

To learn more about the People Page, see People Tab and Org Chart in Leadr
