Using Reflections in Leadr
Reflections allows both you and your reviewer to pull in bookmarked notes from past 1:1 coaching sessions when completing a Review, making it easier to reference meaningful moments and feedback. This includes accessing past Objectives, Feedback, Agenda Topics and Learning.
Individual Reflection Dashboard
Leadr automatically loads in different pieces of content from the last 18 months that you may want to reference for your review within your individual Reflections dashboard.
Any content that falls within an active review period will automatically be accessible in your review. Items you favorite on this dashboard will float to the top of the drawer for easier access.
Content types
- Objectives - Any objective that you are the creator, owner or collaborator on
- Feedback - Any feedback you have requested, along with the participants' responses
- Learning - Any Learnings that you have completed
- Accomplishments - Any accomplishments within your PDP's
- Agenda Topics - Manually "bookmarked" agenda topics from 1:1s between you and your manager.
- Please note: Agenda topics are added here manually from your 1:1 meetings page. Once you add in an agenda topic, it will stay here until 18 months pass, even if you unfavorite it.
- To bookmark an agenda topic, select the 3 dots to the left of the topic and select the "Bookmark topic" toggle. Any comments under a topic will also pull over into Reflections.
Manager and Secondary Manager Reflection Dashboard
Managers and secondary managers can access content for their direct reports in the second tab. You can favorite items for easy access as well.
Content types
- Objective - Any objective that your direct report is the owner or collaborator on.
- Feedback - Any feedback your direct report has requested from someone else.
- Learning - Any Learnings that your direct report has completed.
- Agenda Topic - Manually favorited agenda topics from 1:1 between you and your direct report.
- Accomplishments - Within your PDP's
