Log in and Password
Forgot where to go to log in? Can't remember your Leadr password? No worries! Check out this article for more information.
In this article:
Log In
- Visit the sign-in page at app.leadr.com
- Enter your email, select continue, and enter your password. If you need to change your email, select "Edit" next to the entered email.
- If your organization has enabled Single Sign-On login, you will be redirected to log in via Microsoft SSO. Enter your MS email and password to log in.
Forgot Password
- Visit the sign-in page at app.leadr.com as above
- Enter your email and select continue. From there, select "Forgot password?"
- You will receive an email from support@leadr.com with a link to change your password.
Note: If you do not see this email within 5 minutes, double check that you entered the email associated with your Leadr account.
If you are having trouble getting into your account, even after resetting your password, please reach out to support@leadr.com or chat into the chat bubble on the bottom right of the login screen.
Changing your password within Leadr
1. From your desktop, click your profile, then Settings found at the bottom left corner.
2. Scroll to Logging In, Select the Reset Password button and an email will be sent to the email address you signed up with.
3. Go to your inbox, and in the email that was sent to you, click the link to reset your password.
