Calendar Integration | Create a Meeting

Leadr uses your calendar as the source for all calendaring functionality. Meaning, that all edits to your meetings, whether created in your calendar or in Leadr, will be edited through your calendar event for that meeting.

Link a Team

When importing a Team Meeting into Leadr you will be given the option to link the meeting to a Team

Linking to a Team allows corresponding Team Goals to pull into the Team Meeting, similar to a one-to-one meeting.

For The Leadr Advantage, goals can be categorized by Thematic, Defining, and Standardized Objectives. See the goals article for information on creating these goal types.

FAQ

  1. A meeting on my calendar is not showing up
    • Was this meeting created by someone else? If so, then that person is responsible for bringing this meeting into Leadr. You will only be able to bring meetings you have created into Leadr.
    • Is there another Leadr user included in this meeting? If not, the meeting won't pull into Leadr. Leadr only recognizes meetings with other Leadr users.
    • Does your calendar email match your Leadr login? If not, meetings will not sync correctly. It is imperative your Leadr login matches the email you use for your calendar events.
  1. What is the best way to schedule meetings for twice a month (1st/3rd or 2nd/4th)?
    • Since calendars do not support setting up 1st and 3rd-week meeting dates, neither does Leadr. To set up a meeting for the 1st and 3rd weeks of the month, you will want to create two separate meetings, one for the 1st week and one for the 3rd. Or as an alternative, create a bi-weekly meeting and then reschedule individual dates as needed.
  1. Can I move a meeting I set up as a 1:1 into a Team meeting?
    • You will not be able to move any meetings you have created, to another type of meeting. For example, if you have a 1:1 with Bob, you cannot go back and edit that meeting to be with Sarah or reassign ownership to another user, you would have to create a new meeting series.
    • This is done intentionally to help keep the 1:1 meeting highly relational. If unsure whether a meeting will include additional participants, select "Team Meeting"
  1. Can I turn a one-time meeting into a reoccurring meeting?
    • Yes, you can now take a non-reoccurring meeting and turn it into a series through the synced calendar event.
  1. As a limited access user, can I connect my calendar to Leadr?
    • No, you will. not be able to connect your calendar to Leadr as a limited access user, this is because limited access users cannot create meetings in Leadr. To create meetings in Leadr, you have to be a full member.
