Learning Library and Playlists

Learn how to create playlists and add to or manage the learning library

Leadr's Learning Tool allows you to create a Library of videos or ebooks for your Organization. This is especially handy for content assigned frequently or needed as a self-service option. The Library also includes prerecorded filter options so that the creator can add similar options into one category, allowing users the ability to locate a specific learning option quickly.

Step-By-Step

Library

Single Learning

Click "Library"

Scroll to the bottom of the right panel and click "Add New Template"

Click "Create a Single Learning Template"

Add the Content Link, Title, and Questions, and then select "Category"

Click "Save Template"

Learning Playlist

Follow Steps 1 and 2
Then, select "Create a Learning Playlist Template"
Add the Playlist Title, Description, and Category

Each Learning will have a title, so this would be an all-encompassing title

Next, select "+Add New Content"

Add the content link, title, and introduction
Then, select "+Add Question"

Type your question, select "Add", then repeated step 6 for additional questions
After entering in questions, select "Add Content"

Continue adding new content by following steps 4 through 8. Or, select "+Add From Template" to build a playlist from previously created single learning assignments
Locate saved learnings by searching or by scrolling through categories

Once the content is located, select "View"

Then select "Use this Template" and "Add Content"

Lastly, with 2 or more pieces of content added to the playlist select "Save Template"
